Billing history and subscription help
Find account billing details and report a charge or plan issue.
Review your account Open Settings and its billing or subscription section. Review the plan, account credits and billing history available for your account. Platform credits and SMS credits are separate balances.
Explain a billing issue Choose Billing & subscription when submitting a ticket. Include the approximate date, amount and what you expected. Do not include a full card number, security code or banking credentials.
Account changes A support ticket records your request. Submitting one does not itself cancel a plan, refund a payment or purchase credits. Use the available account billing controls for changes and keep their confirmation.
