Connect channels and publish posts
Create a draft, choose timing and follow the approval process.
Connected channels
Open Marketing and its social channels area. Use Connect or Reconnect for the relevant account. Connection permissions and provider availability differ by platform.
Prepare a post
Choose a connected destination, add supported content and choose immediate delivery after approval or a future schedule. YouTube requires video. Facebook connects Pages you manage and supports text, a link or one photo. Instagram connects business or creator accounts and requires one photo or an MP4 Reel; text-only posts and link attachments are not supported.
After Facebook authorization, choose the Page inside Lusara. Use Create Facebook post or Create Instagram post beside the connected account. Reconnect required means Meta authorization must be renewed before publishing.
Approval and status
Review the final content and destination before approving. Check each destination’s delivery status and error message. A draft is not a published post. TikTok and YouTube may have provider review restrictions.
Analytics
Metrics require supported provider permissions. A working posting connection does not guarantee analytics access.
Disconnect Facebook or Instagram
Disconnect in Channels to remove stored credentials and stop unsent posts. Facebook Pages sharing one authorization disconnect together. Content already published stays on Meta; a request already sent cannot be recalled. Meta’s data-deletion flow removes connected profile data and publication identifiers, with temporary delivery files removed by the cleanup job.
