Use the same account on the website and the iOS app. Agent and consumer accounts have different home screens.
Your workspace
Agents can use Settings to complete their profile and Organization for workspace membership. Consumers use their consumer home.
Getting help before setup is complete
You can read these articles without signing in. After you finish sign-in verification, you can submit a ticket even if your subscription, organization or onboarding is incomplete.
